Major Duties & Responsibilities
• Participate and later on lead field-related technical implementations of the Company leading product in both leading telecommunication operators’ facilities in Europe and others Company factory around the world, to achieve successful ATPs.
• Interacting with customers at technical levels for successful system installations and implementations.
• Interaction with: customers, customer support field engineers, customer support Help Desk engineers, Project managers, testers and R&D.
Qualifications/Necessary Skills
• Fluent English (R/W/S) – MUST, other European languages – meaningful advantage.
• Ability to travel frequently for long duration.
• Profound technical background, including:
- Unix/Linux
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Knowledge of telecommunicational equipment;
- Familiarity with SUN and Digital Unix
- Knowledge of Networking
• Proven track record in the telecom industry (at least 2 years of experience in a similar position).
• Excellent in Troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer relationship skills and service orientation.
• Excellent team work skills.
